Zhang Chun 
General Manager, Shanghai Symphony Telecommunications Co., Ltd

In August 2015, with approval from the Board of Directors, Zhang Chun was appointed General Manager, fully responsible for company business operation and daily operation management.

Before joining SST, as Section Chief of the Department of External Investment Management, Shanghai Telecom, Zhang Chun led the management team to enforce investment management of 20 plus enterprises in the external investment field of Shanghai Telecom. Mainly responsible for performance indicators such as net return on assets, business income, and net profit of invested enterprises, he also regulated macro adjustment in strategic deployment of invested enterprises to ensure healthy development of the external investment system.

Previously, Zhang Chun worked at Shanghai Telecom East Zone Bureau, where he assumed a number of posts including Branch Director, Section Chief of Market Service Section. Under his leadership, his team was mainly responsible for basic telecommunication businesses for nearly 1 million users within the area, including marketing, installation, maintenance, and customer service, with annual revenue of about 1.2 billion yuan.

Cindy Chen
Deputy General Manager, Shanghai Symphony Telecommunications Co., Ltd.

On January 1, 2012, Cindy Chen assumed the position of Deputy General Manager, Shanghai Symphony Telecommunications Co., Ltd, responsible for sales and marketing, as well as product development and pre-sale technical support.

Cindy Chen was previously the Regional Director of Network Integration Department (NI) in AT&T Asia Pacific (14 countries), responsible for the P&L of the AP NI business, in charge of the NI business strategy setup, product design, process development and business promotion. Before that, Cindy was the Director of Country Service in AT&T China, responsible for AT&T service delivery in China, project management, and customer satisfaction.

Cindy Chen has over 15 years of experience in domestic telecommunication and IT industry. Before joining AT&T in September 2000, she worked for IBM China as a senior network consultant, mainly responsible for IBM Internal network implementation and operation in China; meanwhile she also provided network design and consulting services for IBM customers. Between 1995 and 1997, Cindy worked for Ford Motor Company in China, responsible for general IT business, including infrastructure setup, voice over ip design/execution, ERP system build up and other related business application management for Ford and its joint venture in China.

Cindy Chen holds Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii, and Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Shanghai University of Technology.

Zhu Hong
Chief Finance Officer (CFO), Shanghai Symphony Telecommunications Co., Ltd. (SST)

Zhu Hong was appointed as CFO of SST with the approval of the company's board of directors in April 2023, in charge of the company's financial management.

Zhu Hong has been in financial management for over 25 years. Since 2001, he had served as several posts including business director of the planning and finance department, director of the finance department, and CFO in Shanghai Information Investment Inc. He was successively appointed as the general manager in Shanghai FFT Information Service Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Information Tube Wire Co., Ltd.

Zhu Hong, member of the CPC, has a master's degree in professional accounting from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is a Certified Public Accountant (non-practicing member).
